  Adi is a very special woman who exudes love, kindness and peace. We had an amazing birthday party at yoga gnome; it was fun, educational, uplifting, hilarious at times, and overall awesome. The interior space is cozy and clean and whimsically decorated. The outdoor space is large, open, and has two picnic tables. Adi incorporated some special mantras for us and provided a thoughtful, meaningful birthday experience. We definitely will take more classes with her in the future. Highly recommend!

  My son has been attending The Yoga Gnome for weekly classes since their opening and even had his birthday party there. He loves learning different yoga poses and participating in other fun activities. Most of all, he loves Adi. Her warm personality, positive energy, creativity, and enthusiasm make him feel welcome and positive about himself. The Yoga Gnome is a real asset to the community.

  the tot & me class is is such an amazing experience for my 1.5 year old & I. hes learned so much!! he’s able to interact with others while also creating a healthy routine, which is so important to me to instill at an early age. none of which wouldn’t be possible without yoga gnome also Ms.Kate is so patient & understanding!

  The Yoga Gnome is an enchanting studio. Alive with serenity, music, smiles, nature and a wonderful owner and teachers, children learn foundational yoga practice and enhance their imagination in a nurturing and play environment. Yoga Gnome hosted one of our children’s birthdays today filled with group yoga activity and crafts. Everyone had the best time. We will be signing up for more classes and summer camp.

  I have been taking the Baby and Me classes with my son since he was 4 months old! I love that time we share together and the teachers are awesome. Class is flexible and we let the babies do their thing! We even get some mommy yoga in! Highly recommend the yoga gnome and yoga gnome classes as a wonderfully relaxing bonding experience.
