  We came here with our 3 and 5 year old children. Our room, which was 2 room, king and queen, in the hotel, was very nice, with adequate space, a large mini fridge, and nice balcony. Our air conditioning only worked in one bedroom, but it was ok if we didn’t close the bedroom door.
  
  The pools, both inside and out, were great. The outdoor pool had toys and noodles for the kids, and a small kiddie pool which was nice. The indoor pool had a hot tub, steam room, and sauna.
  
  The hotel provided towels and beach chairs as well.
  
  One complaint / word of caution, is about some inconveniences of the beach rules. First is that that no “tents” are allowed. We have a cool cabana, which is basically a glorified umbrella. We were told it wasn’t allowed. But the resort had no umbrellas for us to use. I was told they hope to bring back an umbrella rental service. Also, we had friends visiting for the day and they couldn’t join us on the private beach. I would have happily paid for guest passes. The proposed solution was to have them enter on Bradshaw beach and sit near us.

  not sure why there are bad reviews on this place, i never had an issue ever! my family and friends have been coming here for vacation for the last couple years and it has been great! location is great, you get your own private beach access with this hotel. it’s so close to the boardwalk you can just walk there! the pool inside and outside is nice as well, there is a hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are very clean and well kept. we have stayed on the beach side of the buildings and the hotel part and it was always nice! the beach is clean and so is the hotel. this hotel brings us back to point pleasant every year and we refuse to stay anywhere else! i highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable and convenient location for a vacation!:) downside is that it’s hard to book a room because they are always fully booked. but that’s not a problem, and that’s a good thing for the hotel! lol

  This place was great! We stayed here with our 2 younger kids and they loved the pool and how close the beach and boardwalk was. We were in the 200 building and every room seemed to have an outdoor deck area which was nice to have. Room was bigger then I expected and very clean! Housekeeping came everyday to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again

  We stayed 2 nights and everything was great. The staff were all very helpful and the room was clean and bright. We only went to the kiddie pool with our 2 yr old and he loved it, and it was always clean. We did walk by the other pools and they looked well kept and clean as well. We also visited the indoor pool area too. Except for the sand on the bottom of the hot tub (you think adults could read the big sign that says to rinse first before using) that area was great as well. We did not eat at the hotel so I don't know about the food areas. You also get beach access on their part of the beach as a guest. My only complaint would be that there were no hooks in the room for wet towels.
