  Small-ish lunch menu made us think twice about coming but so so glad we did. Chopped salad was much better than expected, and the burger was one of the best I've ever had. The three of us at lunch were all blown away by how good it was. Had a nice cocktail as well. Lovely space. Highly recommended. Have that burger.

  I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Watershed Kitchen & Bar, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant which was warm and inviting ambiance.
  
  The service at Watershed Kitchen & Bar was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and provided excellent recommendations throughout our meal. It was evident that the whole team took pride in their work and truly cared about ensuring our dining experience was exceptional.
  
  About the food, where do I even begin? The sangria deserves special mention as it was truly outstanding. It had the perfect balance of flavors and was simply some of the best sangria I've ever had. It set the tone for the rest of the meal, which was equally impressive. I had the pleasure of trying the lobster roll, and it did not disappoint. It was loaded with generous portions of claw meat, which was incredibly fresh and tender. Each bite was pure seafood bliss. Additionally, the scallops were cooked to perfection. They were beautifully seared, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and bursting with flavor. It was clear that the chef had a passion for creating dishes that showcased the natural flavors of the ingredients.
  
  Beyond the amazing food and service, I was also impressed by the personal touch of the owners coming out to greet us and check on our dining experience. It's evident that they are hands-on and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their guests.
  
  Lastly, the location of Watershed Kitchen & Bar is absolutely ideal. Being just steps away from the beach is a huge plus, especially on Long Island. What's even better is that the restaurant is conveniently situated away from the crowds, busy streets, and the hassle of back-to-back street parking. It offers a peaceful and serene dining experience, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy an incredible meal.
  
  All in all, Watershed Kitchen & Bar has firmly secured its place as my new favorite Long Island restaurant. From the wonderful atmosphere, attentive service, and outstanding food choices, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience.

  DELISH FOOD!!! We were heading out to the Orient Point ferry to head to Mohegan Sun for a show. Found this place online and had to go! SOOOO HAPPY we did!! It was a DELISH LUNCH~ first course~ Pinot Grigio from a local winery~YAYYYY (forget which one 🤪). Then we split a lobster roll and shrimp tacos with a side of truffle fries! SOOO GOOD! ~ DEF RECOMMEND 💖👍🏻

  My sister and I visited the Watershed Kitchen and Bar located inside the Bay Breeze Inn last week. We made a reservation over the phone, the woman was polite and kind. We were taken to our seats as soon as we arrived. The place was packed with an upbeat vibe. There was a bar (on the other side of the wall) with live music playing. It was nice to hear the music without it being too loud. The restaurant had a cozy feel. It was freezing outside and toasty warm inside. I ordered the white sangria, which was refreshing. The roasted chicken was one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was tender and juicy with a delicious truffle jus. The sweet potato purée was out of this world!!! My sister, ordered the Tagliatelle with pesto and shrimp, and said it was amazing. The waitress was very polite and checked on us a few times throughout the meal.
  
  I highly recommend this restaurant! I will definitely be returning to try some of their other dishes. I look forward to visiting in the warmer months as there was a cute outdoor patio area with seating and fire pits.
