(August 5, 2023, 7:43 am)Water’s Edge is fabulous! The space is warm and inviting for couples, families and larger parties. There’s an outdoor patio for warm weather dining, too. We sat at the bar, and Rob took amazing care of us. He was so friendly and attentive. His recommendations were spot on. They have a great and varied wine list. We shared the rich and delicious crab and smokey Gouda fondue to start. My husband then had the steak burger which was incredibly juicy and flavorful. My seared Chilean sea bass entree was expertly prepared and one of the best I’ve had anywhere! We finished with the scrumptious white chocolate and berry mousse tart. Our whole experience was perfect from beginning to end, and we can’t wait to return! It’s truly one of the best restaurants in the Poconos!

(July 22, 2023, 11:35 pm)Excellent food, great atmosphere, beautiful lake view and the waitresses are very professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Erin, I'm not sure if that's how she spells her name, but she was great!!!
I recommend going before the sunset and trying their outdoor are. -

(February 12, 2023, 1:25 am)The Water's Edge has quickly become one of my favorite places in the Poconos. The food is superb, and the service is exceptional, especially at the bar. You can cozy up for some excellent cocktails courtesy of Rob, your friendly neighborhood barkeep. Trust me, he will not steer you wrong. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and always greets you with a smile. This place is definitely worth a visit and perhaps I'll see you there. Cheers!

(September 14, 2022, 9:24 pm)While away for work I came across this restaurant. When I arrived I parked in their private lot. I walked in and was greeted. The restaurant was super cute and had a lakeside view. I decided to sit at the bar and Rob was my bartender and he was excellent. I started with a lemon drop martini and at first it was sour but Rob made it better for me. I had the mussels for appetizers and they were so good. The flavor and the broth were so good. I then had the shrimp and gnocchi entrée and that was just ok. The flavor was ok, nothing to jump up and down about. All in all the service was great and the food was good.
