  It was a wonderful property and gorgeous home. Big beautiful rooms and lots of space and ammenties for everyone in our party of 9. Everyone felt cozy with fireplaces in many rooms, cooking together in a beautiful kitchen, BBQ on the deck, and telling tales at the fire pit. But we also had ample space to go for a private break, workout, or private call on the phone. We will be back when the weather is nice to enjoy the pool!

  My family and I had an amazing time here!!! if we could give 10stars we would. Living room, dining room, basement, bedroom after bedroom was perfect. We will be back, honestly we didn't want to leave. Thank You again this was the first Airbnb experience for many of us and we were truly impressed.

  My cousin was married here last weekend. It's a spectacular venue. Close to the water. Sleeps 20+. Beautiful. An amazing alternative wedding venue. Why not have a place to celebrate and party all weekend with a wedding in the middle. Great for a family reunion. The pool can be heated. I didn't see the prep area, but there is space for catering staff. Multiple washer/dryer and dishwashers make this a very unusual vacation spot. Right off the main road. Parking for multiple vehicles. Simply amazing.

  Cant say enough great things ! we held a family reunion with small celebratory event as well to acknowledge my wife’s retirement. No other venue on long island like it (lived here all my life). It is at the end of a quite cul de sac where one can drop in kayaks and paddle boards. Motor boat rentals 10 minutes away (silly lillys) in bay and best public and private beaches on the island 10 minutes away as well. One need not drive deep into the south fork and deal with the often overwhelming traffic .It is “hamptons” west in the best sense. A small shopping plaza less than 10 minutes away with everything as well grocery, deli, wine store, drug store ,Italian take out restaurant ). The venue is immaculate and everything depicted in the web site and the hosts very and immediately accommodating for very minor issues easily resolved. we enjoyed the fire pit, huge manicured grounds and well maintained and heated pool !. The watermark hosted 4 generations (ground floor room a real asset) during our stay and generated memories that will last a lifetime . Already planning our return !

  This place was EXACTLY like its photos. It was incredibly clean, beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough bedrooms and accommodations. We cannot say enough about how incredibly nice this place was. Every guest said they slept great and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and trying to book this was very easy! They even mailed me back an item that was accidentally left behind completely free of charge. They have incredible personal service. Thank you! We hope to be back soon!
