  I have been coming here for a few years now and I must say I have only had pleasant experiences here! The staff is kind and the Doctor is wonderful and very informative! I am always happy leaving 🙂

  To be fair..the Dr is very good. A bit hard to understand but very thorough. I dont know about pre pandemic but I went there a few months ago & there were only 2 people on his staff that knew what to do, how to administer tests etc. I got my glasses & asked to have them tightened, I didn't look before I left & when I got home I noticed one side was reallt bent. I was able to gradually fix it but wow how unprofessional. My friend also feels the same way, he asked to have his tightened & the 2 only experienced girls at the front desk ignored the girl who was trying to help us and was obviously new.
  Very uncomfortable situation.
  Two weeks after he lost them & they replaced them 4 free.
  So The Dr. gets a 5 the staff 2. Hopefully he can get staff with experience.

  A great place to get glasses. Dr. B is a great doctor and his wife Carmen is super nice. Shannon (the office manager) is sweet and very helpful. She will do everything possible to help you! Erin is great with the patients and takes time to get to know you and your family. I find that very comforting. Tim is very knowledgeable about the glasses and latest lenses. He will also fix your glasses when you need it. If you go here and deal with the 3 of them you will have a great experience. Reading the other reviews makes me laugh because Vision World is nothing like they describe. Obviously if they don't get what they want they leave bad reviews like most selfish people would. Maybe you should get better insurance in order to get better glasses or go into an establishment with a better attitude! Not everything is someone else's fault. Not everyone is going to kiss your butt if you act ignorant either. I've only ever seen kindness and professionalism here. Sullivan County lacks decent places to do business and Vision World makes up for most of them.
