Being that I have just recently located from out of state, it was the personality and professionalism I was looking for. She was very detailed oriented and offered good ole fashion hospitality. I am very excited for my new home and looking forward to my new resident!

(August 4, 2023, 2:22 pm)Highly recommend making this property your new home! The staff here are incredibly accommodating, friendly and the apartment homes are beautiful. Krista was very thorough and answered all of my questions in detail. She really took her time to get to know me to make sure my apartment needs were met. If you tour here, ask for Krista. She is a great representation of what The Village at Windermere is about.

(May 7, 2023, 9:29 am)I scheduled a tour with Krista Schatz, she was phenomenal. Krista is engaging, friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions. We walked to the apartment and the community is quiet and peaceful. The apartment she showed us is being renovated. Upon finishing it's going to be beautiful. The layout is unique and everything about the apartment is top notch. I believe she said there is no waiting list, but upon availability they will reach out to you. After the tour was over, we got in the car and we all said at the same time how professional and down to earth Krista was. She truly is gem! Thank you, Krista, for a great tour!

(February 5, 2023, 10:12 am)I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it here! Things are quiet and the community is very close to the town of West Chester. Philadelphia is also within a short car ride away. The apartments are renovated and pet friendly. Which was a must for me as I knew I was getting a dog when I moved here. Maintenance is always on top of their game and are always working to keep the community clean. They are also quick to resolve requests. My dryer randomly stopped working one night and the next morning they were at my apartment trying to fix it and got me a new one. The residents are all very nice and I truly felt welcomed right away by the staff. They make it feel like home here! I could go on forever, but long story short, the Windermere is a wonderful place to live!! I can’t say anything bad and love being here!
