(August 16, 2022, 6:28 pm)I don't frequently write reviews, but Tony was so helpful that I felt compelled to do so. He's very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I was struck by how patient and thorough he was when answering my questions. He taught me a bunch of useful information. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. He didn't even try to upsell me - he gently recommended a vacuum and an air purifier that work for my needs, without the frills and unnecessary add-ons I usually see with these types of products. He even demonstrated to me how to use the Sebo vacuum I purchased, so I didn't have to bumble through the manual myself. If you're in the market for air quality products, this is where you should go.

(June 10, 2021, 3:31 pm)Amazing customer service on every level. Tony explained things as many times as I need, cheerfully and thoroughly. Even more amazing was that when my new Miele vacuum did not operate correctly due to something that happened in shipping, Tony cleaned it up and replaced the filters, including the HEPA filter at no charge.

(March 26, 2017, 3:34 pm)Great store! Lots of knowledge, good advice, friendly staff, and a good variety to choose from. I bought an air purifier, which is as good as they promised and then some. Spent more time chatting pleasantly with the owner than actually doing the purchase. Delivery was fast, and their advice was spot on. Definitely a positive experience, and definitely would recommend to anyone searching for a vac, system, or air purifier, or any other of their products.
