If you need modifications to exercises Jim and Mike and the other trainers will accommodate you. The Training room is always clean and the equipment is always working properly. Give it a try, you won't regret it

They value proper form and technique unlike some other gyms where the only emphasis is doing the workout. They foster a great environment where everyone supports each other and participate in community events. Even if my conditioning was lagging behind others, I always felt supported. Can't recommend enough.

I have been there for 2 years now and it feels like a second home. Very inclusive community where everyone of every age group will help push you to your health & fitness goals and beyond.
