  Very smooth real estate transaction using Tom and his team. He saved us from overspending to get the house on the market, provided great picture for the listing and was there for every step of the process. Closing was a breeze, would not hesitate to recommend.

  Tom and his team were great and helped sell my parents house in three days! The whole experience was fantastic. Tom sat down with us and took as long as we needed to answer all of our questions and walked us through the process step by step. Diana did an amazing job with the 3D tour photos and Tracy has been very prompt in replying to any questions and in helping us schedule inspections, etc. We really couldn’t be more pleased.   We worked with Tom and his group to both sell our house and purchase a new home. It took us almost a year to find the right property to buy, Tom was both
  patient and responsive the entire time. We never once felt pressured to settle for a property that was not a good fit. Tom even took the time to research properties we expressed an interest in to let us know if there were issues with the property or surrounding
  area he knew would make us unhappy. Satisfaction with our potential home was always his first concern, not making the sale. In listing the home we were living in, Toms group helped with staging, took fabulous photos and did a great write up. Tom was great at
  negotiating for us in both buying and selling our home. His staff was also very helpful with all of the paperwork and details and were very responsive if we had questions. To this day, I am still reaching out to Tom for recommendations for service professionals
  I need in the area and he is always quick to help me out. I will certainly recommend Tom and his team to anyone with a real estate need and will definitely use him when we eventually sell this property

  I have overseas assignment and it's always a worry to entrust my US property to someone locally, whether they will truly take care of it while I'm away. However, Tom and his team (Tracy and Susan) are the best real estate management team I've ever had. They were patient and thorough in explaining to me the process and what I needed to do, what fixes and upgrades I needed to have done to the house to make it more attractive, etc. Also, he's a man with honesty and integrity and I would always recommend him to my friends and families.
