  I was planning a bathroom remodel and was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the tile choices for the walls, floors, etc. I used the Projects feature on the website to put tiles I liked and then was able to let Billy Hallett know what I was looking at. When I arrived at the showroom, Billy had samples of the tiles laid out for me to look at. I was impressed with his knowledge, preparedness, and patience as I went back and forth trying to find the right combination of tiles. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He never pressured me - just shared options and mentioned some things to consider. I had to go into the store twice when Billy was not there and Lana Hernandez was just as pleasant, helpful, and professional. I would not hesitate to do business again with The Tile Shop and highly recommend them.

  I was very impressed by the selection of tile. I only wish they had granite countertops. My associate Lana was very patient and attentive. She is a true gem!
  She worked with me to match up my flooring to backsplash and even gave me a hug when she noticed I was wearing a heart with wings for recent loss of loved ones. I would highly recommend this location and Lana

  Lana is my sales and design consultant. Lana first greeted me when I arrived in the Tile Shop for the first time with a huge smile and beautiful personality. Lana is a true professional and loves what she does. She has guided and helped me with my total bathroom design in selecting Carrara Marble tiles for flooring, shower, and wall border for my free standing tub. Lana has checked with me ongoing since my project started to see if she could provide any additional assistance. Lana is a “huge asset” to The Tile Shop and she is the best design consultant and my favorite person ever. I respected her in allowing me to make my decisions through her experience and guidance. Couldn’t have achieved this bathroom renovation without Lana’s support.

  We had a great experience at The Tile Shop! We bought a fixer upper house in July 2021 with a earth-tone kitchen and storage room off of the kitchen. We ordered new cabinets and appliances to remodel the kitchen / storage area. We brought our new cabinet samples with us and found two tile selections for our kitchen / wet bar remodel project with Billy Hallett’s help. His experience and suggestions were a home run. We now have a beautiful kitchen / wet bar with navy lowers and white uppers.
  Friends have raved about the tile backsplashes. It was definitely worth the 90 minute drive from Milton, DE to the Wilmington store. We are extremely pleased with Billy and The Tile Shop.
