(July 4, 2023, 10:00 am)Great spot in Tewksbury. Great little outdoor spot or eat indoors. I recommend making a reservation. I ate the steak fritte which was delicious, and had the blue cheese and bacon salad, which was similar to a traditional wedge salad, but way better and incredibly tasty. I also had the calamari which was incredible. If cocktails are your thing, I had two Manhattan's and glad I didn't have to drive home. They certainly don't water down the drinks. 😀
It's very easy to get to from rt 78, and you just stay on that road for a few miles and it's on your left. -

(June 4, 2023, 10:46 am)My wife and I had a date night so we decided to go to the Tewksbury Inn in Tewksbury NJ. Our server, Eric, was outstanding. He knew the menu and also what the bar had in stock and helped us with our drinks. He was personable, easy to talk to, and attentive without being intrusive. My wife had the cream of mushroom soup, which she enjoyed. I had the arugula salad with strawberries and Brie. It was good, could have used a bit more balsamic vinaigrette. She had the steak AU poivre, and I had the strip steak with crispy fingerling potatoes and asparagus. Both were very good. We both shared the dessert special of the evening. Milk chocolate mousse cake with strawberries and a side of ice cream. The mousse cake was a bit dense, but tasty. The atmosphere in the room it was a bit loud. We had two groups of people that were celebrating, that's fine, a bit loud for a date night. Overall, it was a nice evening, I recommend this restaurant highly.

(October 25, 2022, 7:45 am)First time dining here. Drove by several times over the years. Definitely a different vibe here. Feels rustic and colonial. Dining in an historic house is interesting! Went on a Monday night and it was PACKED because wine bottles were 50% off!
The meal and service was very good! I enjoyed my caeser salad, Char entree, and pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon ice cream on top!
Will definitely return for another good experience like the one I had!
