  Tina "The Stretch Boss" Rivera embodies what it means to be both an expert and a professional. Tina has spent the better part of the last 7 years learning, refining, and improving her craft, never ceasing to learn from the best in the field. Tina applies her knowledge practically to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care and walks out of the office in 95% less pain than when he or she walked in. Tina's technical mastery might only be exceeded by her friendly and attentive demeanor. She actively listens to her clients to make sure that their needs are being met and that their injuries/imbalances are being addressed. Notably, her service does not end when a client leaves the office - Tina makes sure to follow up with clients to understand how the client feels and moves in the days after the session to assess what can be done to make further improvements. Not one to thoughtlessly follow trends, Tina can explain the "why" and "how" of each of her methods so that clients can be educated and empowered to take steps to progress on their own and prevent future issues. There is a reason that people, myself included, make two-hour trips to see Tina: she is simply the best at what she does.

  My two daughters, who are high level 10 gymnasts, go to see Tina every week. We first met her about two months ago through Below Body Bar and they felt a huge difference during their gymnastics training after every session. Tina is definitely going to be a part of their recovery throughout their competition season.

  The Stretch Boss is enormously GREAT at what she does! I've been an athlete my entire life & she's the only recovery therapist who has taught me how to prevent injury, recover from injury as well as fix my injuries. Her love for what she does shows through her healing. Very Professional as well as personable, you'll KNOW she cares about you getting better. No need to go Anywhere else, whatever the problem...SHE CAN/WILL FIX IT!

  Tina is the real deal! She has so much knowledge and is constantly learning and growing. Every time I go see her she has something new for me and does her research to make each and every patient better based on their own needs. Tina has helped everyone from powerlifters, to bodybuilders, music artists, average Joe's, fighters, soccer players, and everyone in between. No one cares more about their work or their patients than Tina!

  I don’t ever leave reviews but Tina is just too good to not boast about. If you’re looking for someone that loves and knows exactly what she is doing and can fix basically whatever is bothering you then Tina is the person for you. From cupping to stretching (and even both) she has it covered. Been going for about a year and I’m wondering why I didn’t try this earlier. My muscle pliability and flexibility all improved thanks to my visits to the stretchboss!
