(May 31, 2023, 1:16 pm)I've been to many physical therapy facilities over the years, and this is, by far, the best. Julia Perez is professional, diligent, and personable, and prescribes thoughtful exercises for her patients. She's a pleasure to work with. She genuinely cares and strives to achieve the best outcomes. The office staff also exudes professionalism, friendliness, and cleanliness. I've been to so many other facilities where the staff simply doesn't care, where there's no accountability or oversight, and where I've felt the visits were worthless. The visits to the Spine & Health Center are like night and day; they're effective AND pleasurable!

(March 23, 2023, 10:11 am)Deanna at the spine and health center of Montvale New Jersey, is truly an amazing practitioner. I was in a car accident a few months ago and I’ve gotten the most incredible care at this facility. As a musician I am very sensitive and it’s not easy for me to find both, people that can easily understand my body and work with me, and that are truly excellent body workers. Deana is definitely both, and in addition, very kind and extremely funny!! And the center has been marvelous. Always upbeat, and plenty of knowledgeable staff ready to help you with everything you might need right then and there. I highly recommend this place!

(February 8, 2023, 6:21 pm)So grateful to SHC for getting me out of pain, and keeping me out of pain! The staff here are incredibly caring and knowledgeable. Four months ago I hobbled in there with a hip injury that was pretty debilitating - I couldn't walk with out pain and stairs and hills were excruciating. I was pretty sure I was going to be facing a serious surgery followed by months of rehabilitation. I'm so glad I went here and was offered an option that didn't go down a much more invasive path. Dr. Kelly's treatment plan included a variety of therapies and was immediately effective. Within 1 visit I was not only walking up the stairs with the pain significantly reduced, but I was no longer taking ibuprofen! Within 2 weeks I was pain free and able to start PT to begin rebuilding strength and mobility. As an active person and mom I'm always running around so this was huge for me. Keri and the PT team are also excellent; treating each patient with great care and respect. The office also has a great culture, making it an absolute pleasure to go!

From the services offered to the graciousness and kindness of the staff everything about the Spine and Health Center had been amazing. Since starting treatment with Dr. Corey, my back has felt so much better. With weekly adjustments that make me feel loose and limber, and the expertise and instruction for things to do at home, I’ve been able to improve performance in the gym and my overall quality of life has improved immensely. I’m very thankful for the Spine and Health Center

(November 4, 2022, 6:53 pm)I recently received acupuncture by Johanna and it was an amazing experience. The entire staff was welcoming and the facility was well run. As for the acupuncture treatment itself, Johanna was professional, detailed, and thorough. She didn't treat me like a cookie cutter best practice operation but rather invested the time to understand my specific issues. I believe for wellness to be achieved a patient needs to have confidence in and trust any practitioner and Johanna certainly earned my confidence, trust, and now loyalty. Johanna is a tremendous asset to the spine & health center in Montvale. I would highly recommend this facility and Johanna.
