  Had my essential massage with cupping with Sedat. I went due to severe shoulder and neck pain. He did amazing job and I left educated about my muscles. The grapefruit essential oil I chose smelled so good. The facilities are always kept clean. The staff as always are so wonderful. I left with a few products for the body and face.

  A spa procedure gets you a day pass to the nearby pool so friends and I started our day there. The pool was great until noon when the DJ played INCREDIBLY loud, wall vibrating, can't-hear-the-person-next-to-you music better designed for a drunk club at 11pm.
  
  We left and went to the spa earlier than planned. The spa was wonderful. We enjoyed use of the sauna, steam room, and hot tub before our appointments. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My facial with Bailey was great. I heard multiple groups of guests commenting on the ridiculously loud Pool music because you could hear and feel the walls vibrating in the spa's relaxation room and sauna. It was distracting.
  
  5 stars to the spa staff and amenities. To whoever makes music decisions for the Harrah's Pool - what in the world are you thinking??
