  I cannot possibly say enough good things about this place and the entire Soulution team! I personally think they're nothing short of miracle workers, but it would be more realistic to say that they have a very comprehensive understanding of health and wellness, an awareness of how connected everything within the body really is, and most importantly, they have real dedication and empathy for the people that walk through their door.
  
  I've been dealing with a pretty serious herniation in my lower back that's often left me incapable of walking, and I've tried everything under the sun to cope with it: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture - pretty much everything shy of surgery. They might all make me feel better in the short term, but nothing ever created lasting improvement, and so I was forced to always be reliant on continued care and the message I often received was "We'll help as much as we can but don't expect to be back at 100%".
  
  The Soulution was the first place I ever went to where they sat down with me, did a full evaluation to asses my movement, diet, and goals, and develop a plan fully tailored to me and my needs that encompasses every area of wellness. They never made me feel like my goals were out of reach. I think the entire team is spectacular at what they do, but I specifically work with Ryan and have to give him a shoutout for always being patient, flexible, and attentive and answering my many, MANY questions. Above all else, not only do I feel instantly better after every visit, but I have continued to maintain my level of comfort for longer periods of time; ultimately the goal is to not need any visits at all!
  
  All in all, I think The Soulution as a business is the most ethical I've ever come across, and their approach of pairing new "athletes" with the right member of their team ensures a perfect fit regardless of your health goals. Their aim is to educate people and get them to be self-reliant so they aren't forced to keep up with long term care or try surgery after surgery to resolve their pain. I think the entire team (Ryan, Doug, Alex, Natalie, Mario, and Kathleen) works great together and do phenomenal work, and I would recommend them 100 times over to anyone I know! Sending my mom there next for her knee troubles!

  Been working with The Soulution for a few months for my neck/back/shoulder pain and I never felt better! The pain was preventing me from reaching my full potential. I sat down with the Doug and Kath to figure it out, and couldn't have asked for a better duo. The evaluation process was very thorough and they explained what everything meant and the deficiencies we would work on. They presented me with an awesome personalized plan and worked with me every step of the way. Now chest days are great and I can hold 300lbs on my back pain free! Best place for recovery and performance!

  I am SO grateful my friend suggested Mario when I was still dealing with back pain 3 months after I threw my back out. I had tried resting, chiropractic care, message therapy, back braces for support... nothing was helping. So when I reached out to Mario I honestly wasn’t very hopeful but I thought “why not?”. Can I tell you... in ONE MONTH, I was free of pain and back in the gym working out. But what I loved the most was that he taught me how to change the way I did daily tasks in order to prevent myself from hurting my back again. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

  I had a foot injury few years ago and was in crutches for several months. When I worked with Mario he was so diligent, specific to my personal physiological needs and attentive to detail. Additionally he noticed a poor movement pattern on my back that would have lead to scoliosis long term and trained me to balance the lack of symmetry in my back. Then recently I developed carpal tunnel and I returned to Mario. He taught me corrective exercises to ease the pain by utilizing the muscles correctly. I do not have numbness and tingling in my hands anymore. My foot feels fantastic. His profession in Athletic Training has been such a blessing in my life. Thank God I was able to work with him since it made my quality of life better. 10/10 recommend you go to this place.

  Mario was great! He knows the body really well and is able to personalize workouts so they are very challenging but doable! Unlike your typical athletic trainers these guys can provide a medical level assessment of your body and provide the right exercises. I will keep coming back!
