  I want to thank Dr. Elstein and the entire staff at the Smilist in Syosset. They were so compassionate and caring from the moment I first called. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, it’s a huge source of anxiety for me so much so that I just simply won’t go. They never once made me feel bad or like I was over-reacting asking for gas even just for a cleaning and that’s exactly what I needed. Who knows maybe one day I’ll be able to do it without it but today is not that day and I’m truly grateful for the kindest I was shown.

  I’ve been here maybe 3 times for routine cleanings and a whitening. I’ve been super happy, and have brought over my wife and mother to this office. Sonya is amazing — she is very patient and extremely detailed. All my appointments started and finished on time which I appreciate. Most importantly, no crazy charges after your visit!!

  I had a great experience today for my first time in this office. My appointment ran on time, the office is super clean, and most importantly everyone was extremely friendly and nice. I typically dread going to the dentist as my teeth are extremely sensitive. When I got home I told my husband he should switch to this office because I felt that good about my experience.
