(May 25, 2023, 3:06 pm)My parents have been residents for a year now. Staff are friendly and helpful. Residents are vey nice & friendly too. Place is clean and furnishings are nice. The courtyard is furnished with chairs & tables for residents to have fresh air outside especially now with wonderful weather we have.

(May 11, 2023, 3:06 pm)I am now here at this beautiful facility since March 24 2023. The residents I have met make me feel at home. The staff they employ are wonderful like Jed, Alex, Melissa, Christine the Dining Room and and Kitchen Manager. The food is well prepared and very good. We also have a Resident Concierge Ali who does Resident concerns to the Management. Great place! There is also the Activities Director Cindy who does a Great job with all the Residents to help make it a fun for everyone.

(December 21, 2022, 7:34 pm)We have been looking at multiple Assisted Livings for my mother in law in the past couple of months, planning ahead for the next step of her life.
Last week, I drove by and just popped in to see if I could speak with someone. The Administrator had her jacket on and was on her way out. I told her I didn't have an appointment but she was so accomidating and took us on a tour. The Facility is absolutely gorgeous, the Staff and people who live there all seemed so happy and the amenities were endless. Though we are not quite ready to move forward, when we are, I know we will be choosing the Sentinel of Rockland as it says alot for the Facility when they take the time to show you around and you can feel the passion they have for what they do! Thank you again for being so accommodating. -

(November 22, 2022, 8:00 pm)Today I went for a tour of the facility hosted by Jed. He was such a delight. It's so refreshing to meet genuinely kind people. The facility was beautiful with such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was very kind and are truly focused on providing high quality care to the residents. I was so pleased to meet everyone and to observe the building with its numerous amenities. I care so very much for my Mom and want the best for her. I truly feel that the staff will focus on her well being and on her direct care needs. Jed said something that truly hit home with me today. He stated that having my Mom stay at the Sentinal, allows me to focus on being family rather than maintain a sense of worry as a caregiver. No truer statement has ever been verbalized and I have comfort in knowing that my Mom will be safe, loved and supported while living here. And my children and I can be with her, enjoying all this facility has to offer. Thank you all again and it was a pleasure to meet everyone!
