(July 21, 2023, 10:45 pm)Who ever does the hiring hit a home run with the bartender Avery. We walked in and sat at the bar and she immediately greeted us with a menu and smile. We promptly got our drinks, placed our order and she had us talking with two other couples at the bar. We went for slices of giant pizza (that was delicious) and left with new friends and a favorite place down the shore

(July 16, 2023, 2:50 pm)After eating plenty of rich & fried "vacation food," I was craving something healthy, and the salad selection here really hit the spot. Loads of fresh veggies on a nest of mixed greens, not just basic iceberg, with decent dressing. My partner got a pork sandwich with a really nice crispy bun, and awesome thick curly fries, a bit under-seasoned, but texturally perfect. It's super noisy in here, and we nearly had to shout to hear each other. Service from Chris was fast & friendly.

Subsequent visit with friends we enjoyed their enormous pizza and good beer selection... -

(February 7, 2023, 7:43 am)I remember the Sawmill back in the late 80s and early 90s. This isn't it. The place is brighter, cleaner and has family dining. The pizzas are HUGE (37" diameter) and very tasty. If you enjoy cold domestic (corporate breweries) drafts and pizza, there is a great deal waiting for you. $7 for a pint and a slice. The Sunday brunch menu looked decent too. Looking forward to coming back.
