  Got my sweet baby yesterday at The Puppy Burrow. Tamara and Marc were great. My puppy is healthy and happy. I’m so happy I found this place to get my new pup, Teddy. Thanks, guys!

  The best experience ever!! This lil Beauty right here was waiting for me after 2 years of searching my husband and I randomly walked in to The puppy burrow shop and came across my Zoe. Chance was amazing in explaining everything about her breed to which I knew it was faith and had to leave the store with her. They supplied me with the necessities for free and a nice care package to start with detailed information and instructions on caring for her if she ever has a sugar shock. They leave there personal cell phone numbers and state in bold highlighted on the paper " DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL DAY OR NIGHT FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS "Marc although I didn't meet him was kind enough to reach out to me to remind me that I can call anytime if I had any questions or concerns regarding Zoe. Zoe did have a minor sugar shock and I took her to the vet but Marc was 100% with me throughout the whole ordeal walking me through everything. He even stated that he will pay for any meds that was given to her. Now if that's not customer service at its best then I don't know what is. They truly care about their animals and really help them go to a great home. I'm extremely grateful to them for my Zoe...Thank you guys for everything ❤️!

  To make this review hit, I have to explain our family dynamic. My wife is a quiet and relaxed Filipino that enjoys the finer things in life. I am a loud Italian from the city that has fallen in love with the outdoors. We have a wonderful 5 yo old daughter, and for the past 2 years all she wanted in the world was a puppy.
  
  On to the review. I am beside myself attempting to explain the experience of this store. My wife told me about this “amazing” puppy shop in a strip mall in the Poconos. I brushed off what she said, as she has never owned a dog and I have owned several through the years and have worked with many breeders. That was my first mistake.
  
  My second mistake was coming to this store with an idea of what I wanted. My initial idea was “large dog, big and goofy, puppy energy”.
  
  The owner of this store, Mark, immediately picked up on our family dynamic. He took roughly an hour talking with me and breaking down my impulsive want for a big dog, and gave suggestions of his available stock based on our needs were as a family unit. We sat on the floor together joshing around with different puppies, basically just shooting the breeze. While he was breaking down my hard-headed concepts, he had placed a lovely Cocker Spaniel named Farley in the arms of my wife. Looking back, I think he knew that puppy was the fit for us and he just needed to get me on board. And he put in the work to do so.
  
  We’ve had Farley for 4 days now. I’ve taken the past few days off work to bond with him, and my god. What a dog. He just fits in our family so perfectly. He’s sporty and loves to engage in my outdoors activity. He’s mild-mannered enough that we were able to bring him into my child’s kindergarten and play with the kids for show and tell, and he will nap next to my wife when she gets off her nursing night shift.
  
  If I’m being honest, I just don’t know if another puppy store owner could have made this match. In all my years of dog ownership, I’ve never felt an immediate bond to the family like this. That comes down to the owner and his insight and experience.
  
  You know what my wife told me yesterday? “I would have paid any amount of money for Farley. I was ready to empty our bank account for him”. Coming from a Filipino with a BS in accounting, that is all you need to know.
  
  Oh, and for those that just want transaction details. There’s a great care package that comes with your purchase, about $200 worth of products. Paperwork is easy, microchip and shots included, blah blah blah. None of that matters because you’re going to fall in love anyway.
  
  Thanks Mark, you’re a great business owner. We’ll bring Farley by once we get him settled.

  They were so accommodating & helpful!! You can see they truly love their pups & consider each & everyone to be family, I’m genuinely forever grateful for my mini schnauzer!

  If I can give more than 5 stars I would! Totally recommend coming here. Don’t even look any further! Great being able to look around in this amazing place with the cutest variety of pups in this location. You can tell that they connect with every dog individually and take super great care of each pup that arrives to that store. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. My family and I are glad we stopped by this particular puppy store after visiting two others. We weren’t exactly planning to get a pup this soon, but as soon as we spotted eyes on this pup….it all changed. It was also a super smooth and easy process to be able to take our little Kassie aka Story home! We are super happy!
