    The Practice Room is a special place and Kara is a kind and welcoming teacher. Being new to the practice of Ashtanga yoga, Kara made me feel comfortable, respected and cared for just as she does for everyone. It’s a wonderful community of people who, I feel, become closer through the practice no matter what your skill level is.

    Whether you are experienced in Ashtanga or looking to start a new practice, the Practice Room welcomes all. Kara does an amazing job making all levels of practice feel comfortable. She provides encouragement and challenge when needed. I have been a student of Kara’s for 4 years and am so grateful to have found her and developed my practice under her.
