This is second time I've had a problem with hot tub purchased from Pool Guys 12years ago.Again service ..diagnosis..and repair..we're spot on..would recommend The Pool Guys to everyone...
The Pool Guys are GREAT!! Always so helpful and ready to assist you with all your pool/spa needs! Very informative and understanding of my needs and frustrations. They really worked with me when I was learning how to deal with all the pool issues solo! Kerri and her team are a pleasure to see and work with! Always greeted with a smile. They have helped me tremendously through the years! I can always count on them!! Thank you Pool Guys for all you do for me and many others!!!
Wondering which pool company to use? Pool Guys has my vote 100%. They were kind enough to fit me in the schedule in a matter of days to fix a few pool plumbing issues. They were quick, pleasant and knowledgeable ....fixing the problem and saving me money in parts. The administrative personnel and schedulers couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
We bought a spa from these guys about 8 years ago and could not be happier with it. The sales team was fantastic and helped us pick out the perfect spa. Also, we recently had the service team out to fix a minor issue (our fault that we left our tub empty for about 6 maths) and we were very pleased with the service. We are a little further away (New Milford, CT) and they set up an appointment, were on time, and were able to fix the issue and recommend and they guy even had some chemical with him that I was able to purchase. Overall I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
We purchased our hot tub last August. We love it. Had some minor issues, they fixed it. We are very happy with the service and the spa. A special thanks to Doug, he was a very nice young man and did his job very efficiently.
