  Delicious. Every dish I try here is incredible. The new curry dish is great but the Bo Kho (Beef Stew) is my new favorite. It tastes like fine dining made by a grandmother with a lifetime of cooking experience.

  So I went with my family to try out this pho restaurant mainly due to the fact that we were big fans of it. And when we enter the restaurant, we were greeted with such delicious aroma and knew we were gonna have a good time. The food is simple and free choosing and wish I could’ve gotten another bowl of it. The broth was not only flavorful, but light as well and the shrimp I got on mine was so fresh that it comes off the tail shell with easy. And to think it has no msg and tasting this good is just amazing. If you are around the area, you gotta try this immediately. Quick service, friendly staff and delicious food to enjoy in a nice atmosphere.

  This place is a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. When looking at 99 Ranch Market, The Pho Spot is to the left, towards the end of the mall.
  
  The second we opened the door, the aroma hit our noses. Smelled so good!
  
  The service: The server was quick, attentive and did a great job. We felt well taken care of by her, even on a busy day.
  
  The menu: it is simple... pho, that's it. (Well a spring roll too) And they do it extremely well. The broth here is so full of flavor. I really wanted to ask for more broth just so I could take it home, but it probably wouldn't travel well all the way back to San Francisco. It was by far the best broth I have ever had. Speaking with the chef, I was told it was made fresh every day for the following day. (Good broth takes time). I did ask for his recipe, but he just smiled at me. Ok, I get it. A family secret. My wife also had the fresh shrimp spring rolls. So very fresh, she devoured both rolls before the pho arrived. She pointed out that lots of other pho places use the rib part of lettuce leaves in their rolls but this place uses just the leaves. Makes such a difference in taste and texture. Now the pho... she added brisket and shrimp to hers. The shrimp were again very fresh, jumbo -sized and deveined. A+!!! The brisket was cut on the thick side and sooo tender. Had she known, she would've ordered extra from the start. They use Serrano peppers instead of jalapeño so it made the pho spicier, which she loved.
  
  Well I could go on and on about this place. You must try it for yourself!

  Enjoyable, pho-focused restaurant!
  
  I like their “no MSG” marketing. I like how their menu is simple with mainly pho, two summer roll 2 variations (shrimp or tofu; I chose tofu bc of a shellfish issue), and a few drinks.
  
  And I liked their savory pho broth, all the more so after adding Serrano peppers.
  
  One thing I’ll note for anyone particular about their food is that they added all chosen toppings (garnishings?) directly into the bowl instead of providing it on the side like most other places I’m more familiar with. This means they directly added the bean sprouts but also the entire stalk of basil, etc. Next time I’ll ask for this on the side so I can shred the basil to my preference.
  
  This is in the same big plaza as Yi Fang Fruit Tea, Sunmerry’s, 99 Ranch, and Miss Flower Hotpot so no issues finding parking.
  
  Looking forward to the next visit already.

  From the time you walk in, the smell lets you know that something delicious is coming! Seriously the broth is the most flavorful thing I've ever had. I wish I could buy it by the gallon and have it shipped to my home state. I tried this place while visiting a friend and can't stop comparing all other pho to this one.
