Awesome experience and service. Had Regen/Derate issues and I was In/Out in 24hrs. Thoroughly happy with this location. Thank you. Great job!!!
Keith Larson-Service Manager, and Tyler-service writer, went above and beyond ALL expectations!!!
We called last minute with de-rate issues for the 4th time in a month. It was just before Christmas and most shops, including this one, were short handed and weeks out for repairs. Having a HUGE heart, they quickly diagnosed the problem, even driving to another town for a part and quickly repaired our truck..Even addressing other small issues they noticed.
We had tried having this repair at other shops, but still continued to have problems.
We are extremely grateful they were willing to keep at it until they got to the real reason for our de-rate issue. We were able to spend time with family for Christmas instead of being broke down somewhere.
In all our many years of trucking, we have never experienced such a high level of customer service, nor such a high regard for the trucker.
Thanks again to Keith and his skilled technicians.
The staff here seemed like I was an inconvenience to them, but other than that, they fixed my truck up in the same day I arrived with an engine derate. The lounge for drivers was closed, but they allowed my to sit in it once they pulled my truck in. It took some convincing, but I was allowed to use the restroom as well. Thanks for getting me back on the road guys.
