(August 30, 2022, 8:19 am)Great selection of grass fed and prime steak. Their burgers and sausages don’t have any unnecessary additives and they are so welcoming. Highly recommend and based on the bone in rib-eye I had tonight it is the only butcher I’ll go to going forward.

(June 19, 2022, 11:12 am)It is a small local business that hires a bunch of local folks. I came to support my local business, then I found a wonderful store that has delicious foods. I love the old fashioned lard in tubs; I find their beef burgundy surprisingly good. I can not wait to try their bone broth. great place to check out.

(January 20, 2021, 8:18 pm)Would leave them 6 stars if I could. Visited today for the first time. Clean, friendly, and reasonably priced for the high quality of meat (esp during COVID times). I purchased beef tenderloins that the owner cut fresh right in front of me. They tasted of the highest quality when I grilled them. They also offer a variety of local spices and sauces, along with a wide selection of home made to go soups, broths, and house made dishes. I will be coming back regularly for sure. The owners should be very proud of their establishment and work ethic.

(August 10, 2018, 7:33 pm)Locally sourced, whole animal butcher. Hamburgers (as an example) are ground from one animal not like the mish-mish of beef you get a your local grocery. Everything can, and will be vacuumed packed at your request (no charge). Full line of chicken, pork and beef. Not everything will be available on everyday. Call ahead. Wednesdays are "meet the farmers" as that is the day when the local growers bring in their delivery. Obviously the latter part of the week will give you more choices. You can also call them and have your requirements made up and waiting for you. Excellent products and very knowledgeable butchers.
