  I went here many years ago for a two month program. Positive memories have stayed with me and I'm grateful for all that I learned at that time.
  
  For anyone who thinks it's a cult, it's not. You should definitely read some of the books before you go here. I would suggest Giant Steps or To Love is to be Happy with. I believe most people go here only for a short time. Cults suck you in and make it difficult to leave. That's not what this place does. It's about choice and deliberate intention.

  It's not a cult, give me a break. They're trying to help, but they have to promote themselves, its a business, how else are they supposed to run? They laid a foundation for me years ago that helped when I decided to make big changes in my life. They helped me take responsibility for my own happiness, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new perspective.

  A magical place where I found non-judgment, love and acceptance for who I am. There I learned to approach Autism in a new light. The Son-Rise program was one of the greatest gifts to our family. It is true: recovery is possible. You can only know that when you go through the experience. The program transformed our lives. But the program is not about recovery really. It was also not about my child. It was about me. There I gained a new perspective. I learned to view the world in a different light, to self explore and create the love experience for myself. I learned how to self-explore leaving no stones unturned. I leaned I had a choice. Today I truly feel empowered to live life daily as the gift that it is.
