(July 3, 2023, 1:05 am)James and his staff allowed us to host our wedding after-party at The Old Mill and we had a blast! We had about 30-40 guests show up and somehow they were able to quickly get us drinks and pizza. The atmosphere and decor is perfect, and James - the owner - is a terrific guy, charismatic and caring. Most of our guests didn't want to leave and we all hung out chatting and connecting for hours. Thank you James and your staff for a perfect end to our perfect day ❤️

(May 22, 2023, 11:09 am)Great service. Angela and Chef Kevin were amazing. The short ribs dinner was one of the best I’ve had. The mussels, which are a new addition, also great. Hope they stay on the menu. Feels like you’re taking a step back in time. The place was actually a mill and that’s what your dinner is served in…..a mill. Extraordinary! A fun place!

(January 12, 2023, 8:47 pm)Great food. Great staff. A very welcoming bar and restaurant. The place it's self is just fun to look around in. Used to be an old mill and they used all the old materials to renovate. When sitting down make sure to look up at cieling.
Same owners as Chappies around the corner. Eat at one place one night then the other next night. Different menus but both equally great. -

(January 9, 2023, 3:57 pm)We came here last night for dinner since we were staying close by at The Roxbury Straton Falls. If you are in town, this place is a MUST!!! It was a quiet Sunday evening when we walked in. Outstanding service and OUT OF THIS WORLD fresh food!!! Must order the Crab Cakes, which are lump crab meat. Also, be sure to order the Goat Cheese Beet Salad. I had the special the Salmon. Food was phenomenal! Even the chef came out to ensure we were satisfied... 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Will definitely return next time we are in the area.....😊 -

(January 31, 2022, 12:18 pm)Decided to try this restaurant as it was one of the nearby places to where we were staying in Roxbury, NY. Let me tell you, it's a very unique experience, eating in an old mill. The owner's pretty much kept the place original! The food was delicious and great portions! (The Chicken skillet is actually served in a skillet!) I tried the Roxbury Mule and it also hit the spot. Great service even though they were busy. Only thing to be aware of is that there is no heat, however, they have personal heaters around the restaurant which provides enough warmth to be comfortable during your visit.
