(June 15, 2023, 12:03 pm)Lovely, private, peaceful, comfort. Refurbished Victorian inn on the Great Lawn, a block each way from the beach and the Auditorium. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has a private exterior entrance, queen size bedroom with A/C and ceiling fan, large walk in shower, full kitchen with A/C, and living room with ceiling fan, sleeper couch, and dinette. Perfect for 3 adults! Access to snacks and beverages across the street at sister hotel the Ocean Plaza, which also hosts a delicious and varied breakfast morning. Beach towels are available, as well as local recommendations. Quality linens, dishes & cutlery & glasses, microwave, and some cookware provided. Great for short or long term visits!! Highly recommend.

Room was small and step from bathroom was a hazard as I tripped several times. Room has a twin and double bed which made things quite tight. We managed just fine.
Only problem, was the lecture I got after making reservation day before noting bringing my service dog. Employee called to ask if my disability would be on the third floor (no elevator) was fine as the room I booked based on price was third floor. She proceeded to lecture me about service dogs … like I don’t already know the rules. Insulting. Fortunately I did not see her at checkin. -

(May 22, 2023, 9:18 am)100% recommend staying here! We had a large wedding party and used both the hotel and the inn. They were very accommodating, the rooms are very clean, the staff is so nice, and the breakfast was amazing. 10/10.

(March 10, 2023, 10:38 am)We celebrated our mid week anniversary here and have decided it is “our place”. Even though it’s still winter, there’s still a lot to do in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. The staff are wonderful, hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are smaller (but all of the rooms in the old Victorian’s are small) but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfectly sized. My favorite part about this bed-and-breakfast is the breakfast. Even in this economy, they had real eggs and very tasty danish that tasted like it was straight from the bakery. Great coffee and there’s just not one bad thing I can say about this hotel!! We’ll be back again in the summer!!!

(June 30, 2022, 8:48 pm)Beautiful property three minute walk till your toes are on the sand at the beach. Absolutely magnificently clean room very comfortable bed clean bathroom air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast on the wraparound porch was absolutely wonderful with delicious bakery items and hot food as well. Can’t wait to come back later this summer!!
