Prices are very cheap for the quality I get, so I'm reluctant to post anything because I want it kept a secret. My favorite product was the coaching. Talking with someone every week about my nutrition and progress felt very therapeutic. After every call I always felt better about myself regardless the week I was having. The consultants are very knowledgeable and will listen. Thank you!!

I got to request my favorite sweet treats and snacks to curb my cravings. I've already lost some weight and hardly feel like I'm on a "diet" at all.

Catie was my nutritionist and she was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs. I've struggled with yo-yo dieting for my whole life!!! Catie was the first nutritionist to teach me how to incorporate all the foods I love in to a healthy and balanced diet. I feel much more confident that I have the right tools to keep the weight off for good.
