(August 3, 2023, 8:20 pm)I’ve stayed at the New Holiday House multiple times this summer. I’ve had a great experience and it truly is a fantastic value for the rate! Aida and Wyatt are both friendly and responsive. If you ask any questions you might be wondering about amenities, they are happy to answer and help you out. I enjoyed my stays, all at Cottage #4, which I found to be clean and calm, by the flowing stream behind. Great location, minutes from the center of East Durham where you can enjoy all the Irish establishments and festivals. I would recommend staying at the New Holiday House for anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant experience in the Catskills!

(July 30, 2023, 12:55 pm)I fell in love with this place. My stay here felt like home away from home. Aida is an amazing host and is very attentive with all your needs. My favorite bungalow was #3 being that is a private bungalow and it's very specious, as you can see in the pictures below. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Aida and family for giving me the opportunity to experience your beautiful place with you. I can't wait to return back again and bring some family and friends next time ☺️🤗
