(August 22, 2023, 9:40 pm)I took my first ever 12 Step Yoga Recovery class lead by Stephanie Wheelahan. Stephanie is the guiding light creating an environment with soft lighting, incense and honesty. She shared a reading and spoke of her own experience. We are not alone in our struggles. Peer support is healing for body, mind, and spirit. I definitely recommend this 12 Step Yoga Recovery to anyone experiencing life’s challenges.

(February 18, 2023, 2:53 pm)My first ever yoga class. I tried the beginner's yoga today. I have arthritis, pinched nerve and a bulging disc in my lower back (ripe old age of 44yo ha!) so I definitely wanted to start slow and easy. This class was AMAZING! The poses were easy to follow and the instructor always gave options in case a pose was too difficult or uncomfortable. The music was on point! I did not anticipate sweating so much or feeling like I've just worked out my muscles afterwards. I mean that in a good way! I'm definitely going back!!

(December 31, 2022, 7:14 am)After a little over a month of coming here I have to say I love the Network. There is a variety of teachers and lots of class times. I came here primarily for yoga but discovered Barre and now love that too.
I would say there is a huge variation on teachers and would recommend you try a few different classes as their vibes are very different. Also as far as studios go this is one of the most reasonably priced in the area. This seems to keep enrollment high in the classes but I've never felt overcrowded in the space.
I hope they continue to grow and add more teachers and more classes. -

From the gorgeous ladies who greet us by our first names as we walk in, the welcoming and warm space to practice, to an owner who is invested in our well being. How lucky are we to be able to pick from such a diverse variety of classes and instructors. From day one I felt welcome and at home. I look forward to each class as I know I will leave better than I arrived!

(November 1, 2021, 6:27 pm)I am in love with this place! The space is full of light, it's a wonderful spot. The Meditation class was so relaxing and the gentle flow yoga that followed was a perfect closer. I cant wait to try all the classes The Network has to offer!
