  A great place for moms to come together and create community. I go to prenatal yoga with Jen. She's so knowledgeable and every class is different. I always leave feeling more relaxed and more connected to my baby and reassured of my pregnancy. I also just had a prenatal massage with Tabatha. HIGHLY recommend. She knew just where I was tight and afterwards I felt like I could last through the remainder of my pregnancy.

  I was referred here by my friend and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the studio. I took my first prenatal yoga class recently and it was extremely relaxing. I appreciated that we focused on breathing techniques and stretching without getting too much into the “spiritual yoga aspects”. Which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend The Nesting Place and will be back for more classes during my pregnancy!

  If you’re looking for a sense of community, a great mom support group & guidance for motherhood come to this studio! I took educational classes here and prenatal yoga with Jenn, I love her! I attended prenatal yoga since I was 12 weeks to the day before I gave birth & I feel it really helped me during labor.

  Laura and her staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I just gave birth and I am so grateful for attending all of their classes. It helped me to physically, mentally, and emotionally be prepared and ready for labor and delivery. Jenn’s prenatal yoga class is very informative and she gives different birthing techniques as well as shows different ways to prepare your body for labor and delivery. Also their pushing class and child birthing class was extremely beneficial for my husband and I. He did not know what to expect with labor and delivery and their teachings and techniques helped him to be a successful pushing partner and support for me. I am forever grateful for this entire community and highly encourage you to check them out. If you thinking about… my encouragement is go for it! It’s a beneficial investment and you won’t regret it!! ❤️

  I found my doula, Laura for my first pregnancy who is also one of the owners of TNP. She introduced me to all the wonderful resources they provide. I joined a weekly support group for pregnancy which was so helpful to share with other to be moms. My husband and I participated in the six-week child birth education series; that helped us tremendously to prepare for what was to come. We got tools and tips that will last a lifetime and it was interactive which made it fun. Laura was attentive and supportive throughout the entire journey, I couldn't have done this without her! Right before my due date Laura suggested yoga classes, labor induction massages, and chiropractic care at the TNP which was awesome and felt so good, not to mention it definitely helped me get labor started! She helped me through the home birth and was literally coaching and encouraging me during every single contraction until birth. I am thrilled to begin using all the resources of TNP now that my baby is out in this world (yoga with baby, OT, PT, massages, Chiro, and fourth trimester support groups). I had a magnificent experience and feel so lucky to have had Laura and TNP throughout this intense and wonderful journey. Thank you Laura I love you and I love The Nesting Place!
