  I’m honestly over the moon that I found this place. I’ve been trying to find my go-to salon since the beginning of the year. Finding an inclusive and down to earth Salon can be difficult, especially if you don’t feel like you fit the hyper feminine mold that is usually associated with the Salon experiences. The Mur is a bit of a drive for me, but it’s well worth it. I appreciate that they are a cruelty free salon, they keep hair styles gender neutral and instead focus on the length you want and the thickness of your hair etc when factoring in pricing. Their prices are also super reasonable for the quality and expertise you are going to get. The salon has such a chill almost alternative vibe to it. Love love love it 💕✨ plan on getting all my cuts from here on out (and venturing into vivid colors with them because I love the creative work they do).

  Christine is such a doll! I did the keratin/Brazilian blowout with her (for my first time) and loved it!!! She was very caring & mindful to talk me through the whole process, how it works and how to utilize the treatment ect. I have extremely fluffy and curly hair and have never loved it in its natural state and finally do! So so happy and highly recommend. Being able to let it dry naturally and have no frizz or fluff is a godsend and complete game changer. Definitely coming back again and again.

  Seriously the BEST salon experience I’ve ever had!! I travel all across the United States for work and HANDS DOWN, this is the best shop I’ve ever walked into. Dee is an angel that helped my bring my hair to life!! She listened and gave me more than I could have ever asked for. The color, the cut, the education, the products all top notch. Can’t thank Dee enough for making me feel beautiful again!

  I have been going to see owner Dee since she opened the Mur Salon and I can not imagine going anywhere else! Not only does she make me look and feel amazing every time I visit, she is such a funny, relatable, talented person! I always go home with beautiful hair and sore cheeks from smiling and laughing so much with her!

  I discovered Dee through a friend and by following her on social media for a year before FINALLY being able to go see her. Her before and after pictures are what caught my attention and brought me in.
  
  I live over 45 minutes away from the salon but her skill is worth the drive and the cost 1 million times over. She is the only person that has ever made me walk out in love with my hair regardless of what she does. I always walk in and tell her to do as she pleases and to have fun because I trust her that much. My hair has always been difficult to work with as it's fine and breakable but that never slows her down. She is magic.
  
  The salon is always clean and comfortable and I love the vibe between her and the other stylists. She always offers snacks/ seltzers/ drinks and is the ultimate host on top of being an amazing artist.
  
  Highly, HIGHLY recommend the Mur Salon
