  We met Matt in June 2022 when we wanted to sell our home. Matt was highly recommended by a friend of ours. From the moment we met Matt, we knew that he had our best interest at heart. He made us comfortable, he was honest, and he was very funny. We immediately got offers above asking on our house. Unfortunately, the day before we were supposed to close, there were some challenges that were out of our control. Matt assured us that everything would be okay and he was right! Matt Lloyd has our absolute HIGHEST recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. For Matt, it isn't about a commission... it is about helping people! He is simply the BEST!!!

  I would never, ever leave a 5 star review unless I truly felt like I received a service worthy of 5 stars. In all honesty, Matt is 10 stars!! If you’re currently looking for a realtor, your search is over. Matt is your guy! My husband and I just closed our first home yesterday and working with Matt was the best decision we made during this process. I don’t know how we got so lucky to stumble upon him. But he is a true gem. From day one, he was SO easy to work with. He’s incredibly personable, hilariously funny, straight forward, genuine, and at the same time clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We moved down to Connecticut from up north and he helped us purchase the perfect townhome to start our next chapter in. He was extremely prompt to respond to all of our (many) questions as first time home buyers and he really just took SO much of the stress away during these last couple of months. Both my and my husband’s families could not believe how fast we were able to get our offer accepted and close on our new home. It was such a breeze. We will absolutely be recommending him to anyone we know who is buying or selling a home in the area. He is just fantastic!!

  If you are thinking about buying or selling a home, Matt Lloyd is your realtor! He listened and payed attention to all of the details that my partner and I were looking for in our future home. He went above and beyond in a tough market, to make sure we didn't feel like we settled. Matt was extremely efficient and always responsive with his communication. Even when he had some time away planned during our home search, Matt made sure we were very well taken care of with some of his colleagues. When we finally found our forever home, the entire process from making an offer to closing on our home was smooth and painless. We highly recommend using Matt Lloyd Realty Team!

  The word that first comes to mind regrading Matt Lloyd - ‘outstanding.’ His outgoing and truly kind personality makes him the perfect person to have in your corner when selling your home. Matt helped us get the house ready to go on the market (making very practical recommendations!) and clearly knew what matters most to today’s buyers. Less than 100 hours after listing our house Matt brought us an offer and helped us through the negotiation process! As this was the first house we’ve sold, it was a huge relief to have Matt’s expertise to guide us through the negotiation. It all happened so fast that we still can’t believe it - the savings of not having to carry the house extra months is huge in an of itself! Furthermore, Matt is so darn friendly and unflappable that it made the normally stressful task of selling a home more of a celebration. He was supportive of our decisions all along the way and provided us with lots of much appreciated guidance. If we ever find ourselves back in CT I know without hesitation that I’ll give Matt a call.
