The meatloaf sandwich was delicious and quite the portion. Definitely worth a try. I also got a peanut butter chocolate cookie to go which was gigantic and quite dense. That was a nice treat.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, clearly happy to be there. -

(August 3, 2023, 7:24 pm)Matchbox Cafe is small and nothing fancy... But the burger was excellent! The staff was very friendly. They are also know for their desserts. I didn't have dessert, but they did look delicious! Maybe the next time I'm there!

(April 13, 2023, 3:42 pm)Small precious cottage on the side of the road. Maybe 4-5 tables inside but it’s a homey adorable little space. Our interaction was with a sweet man at the counter. Sure it’s $21 for a veggie burger - but it’s homemade, delicious, and supporting a small local business. We ate outside and although the outdoor seating is right next to a semi busy 2 lane road, we aren’t fussy and we were just grateful for the summer weather in April, sweet service, and great food!
My bf has the lasagna and I had the veggie burger with homemade steak fries. We took two cookies to go and omgoodness how delicious. Would come back for sure.
