  This is by far the most wonderful place we've experienced! For nearly four years, my wife and I have lived in this remarkable location and super clean apartment. The staff at the mansions is truly outstanding, consistently providing assistance. Four years ago, when we moved in, the apartment was impeccably clean, and the environment is both secure and peaceful. Our neighbors are exceptionally friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience. We took pleasure in the excellent swimming facilities and utilized the well-maintained gym. The mansions is a wonderful and ideal home for both students and professionals!

  I lived in the older section. The garages make a lot of noise and vibrate the floor. if you live right above them it can be annoying.
  
  The hvac system does not filter air well. The carpets were dirty when I moved in. They had to come shampoo them, then a few months later they were dirty again.
  
  The landscaping is nice and the complex is quiet. Good apartments if you like to take walks or bike ride within the complex, as it is very large.

  Two quick suggestions drive to the complex during the day and them come back at night and do the same thing and you will see the beauty of this place ......every time I come home at night I'm just mesmerized how quiet and beautiful this place is. If you have to get your name in the waiting list don't hesitate to do it you will not regret to do it. A great place to raise yuour family. I need to update my review that I just recently sign my lease for my 15 year...that's right 15 wonderful years. So now for over 15 years I have considered the Mansions at 75 Hockanum Crossing my home and would consider this wonderful apartment complex the best in CT and New England. The office staff is (Mary and her crew) professional at all times and go out of their way to help you. Never once have they being rude to me. The maintenance crew is just exceptional and respond quick to your request. The grounds are maintained constantly (by Alex and his crew) thru out the year (grass cut and snow removal) and they do a wonderful job. The staff in here is like family to me. They have a nice clean indoor pool and a pretty good gym. Great area to go for a walk or a good run if you want, Great place for children, young people and senior citizens like myself. A quiet place and I know you will love this place...I know I do. I also must add that during this hard times of the pandemic and the weather the crew of Hockanum never never stop working hard and maintaining the place up to a professional standard. THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE IN CT THAN THE MANSIONS AT HOCKANUM AND PROBABLY IN NEW ENGLAND.

  We have absolutely loved living at The Mansions for the past 2 years! The entire team here is incredibly polite, responsive, prompt, and helpful. Anytime we needed something they were always available to help by phone or email. Starting when we were first looking to move here, it was a holiday weekend and Sabrina promptly responded and helped expedite the entire move-in process despite the holiday. During our time here whenever we needed something printed they would have it ready to pick up in minutes. From the move-in process to our last couple months living here we have enjoyed every minute. The maintenance team here is also top-notch. They do an awesome job at maintaining the grounds and fixing anything at any moment's notice. We appreciate the quietness and privacy here, the walking trail, food trucks, amenities, and the community. Living here has felt like a home and not just another apartment. If it weren't for my job relocation we would love to stay and will truly miss living here. We having nothing but positive remarks and give our highest recommendation to anyone interested in calling The Mansions home!

  If you’re looking for an apartment complex in Vernon, the Mansions is the best around! I currently live in a townhouse style apartment but have also lived in a 2 bedroom, one level type of floor plan as well. I’ve been a resident here for almost 2.5 years and I love it! The landscape/grounds is immaculately maintained! I love having yard space behind my townhouse for my 2 year old to safely play. The complex as a whole has a calm, quiet vibe to it! The apartments themselves are in great condition and if something were to happen, such as our ice maker was not dispensing ice...then maintenance is very efficient about coming to repair things! The snow removal is also very well taken care of in the winter! I’ve never once had an issue getting out of my garage/driveway or driving thru the complex in a snow storm! And lastly but prob most importantly all of the ladies in the office are amazing! They will make the process of looking and finding the perfect style apartment to fit all of your needs effortless! I highly recommend The Mansion if you’re looking for an apartment style home!
