  It's 10/10 for The Lot Shop! They have an unparalleled buying experience. Everyone from customer service and to all the staff who took care of the last portion of my deal - they are tranparent, honest, and very professional. Loyalty nowadays is so hard to earn but this company did everything right the first time. Kudos to The Lot Shop team, you guys are amazing! Shout out to Ms. Katie D and Shelly..

  I had a truly great experience with Katie from the The Lot Shop. I was browsing the web for vacant lots/land in Florida and came across The Lot Shop and was amazed by some of the property that they were selling and at the price that they were selling them for...very reasonable compared to other more known websites. Katie was very knowledgeable with the process and walked me through every step of the way until I felt comfortable enough to make the purchase. This was my second ever purchase of vacant lot/land and it was an excellent experience.
  
  My only complaint was that I couldn't put the down payment or simply buy the land outright with a credit card. A Lot Shop team member explained to me that the reason why they do not allow it is because they have had bad experiences with people who purchased with Credit Cards. If I can recall they said that people can claim fraud or were claiming fraud so that they can cancel a particular purchase so they stopped allowing Credit Card purchases...I would do the same if I was in their shoes so works for me.
  
  Overall, it was truly a great experience and I have a nice piece of property that I cannot wait to build on and use as a vacation home during the winter months, sometime in the future.
