(June 4, 2023, 10:12 am)I started taking classes over 20 years ago with Natlie, the founder of the Light Source Center. I can never thank her enough for what she taught me about living from a place of love not fear, Light and energy, creativity, finding my truth, coming into my own power and so much more. She is no longer with us but her legacy lives on through the Light Source Center in West Hartford. The LSC techniques use meditation. But, this is not just your typical breathing meditation to calm yourself and find peace. It is so much more – learning to live in Light and love, finding your truth, connecting with others in a community of love. Do you feel as if something is missing in your life? Are you anxious and fearful? Would you like to have tools for finding balance in your life? Then, check out the programs and classes offered at the LSC.
