  From the moment that I obtained Mr. Kennedy as counsel for my case, I felt confident and in control of my case. He is such an amazing lawyer. He initially preferred to stay in the background while giving me advice to ensure there wasn’t a disruption in my benefits. That in itself speaks volumes. His actions demonstrate repeatedly he is genuinely acting in your best interest. He is not one of those people who only care about what they can make off your case. He says all the right things, but his actions constantly demonstrate he acts in the best way favorable to you. He truly does what is best for you individually, even if it doesn’t benefit him. From the very beginning, up until it’s over, he genuinely cares about you and your well being throughout your case. He is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He has a knack for explaining all legal terminology to you that you are very secure in what’s transpiring. He ensures you understand all aspects of events. He goes above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns. He is very aware of everything currently happening, and is always a few steps ahead. I really appreciated that he was always prepared for all possible scenarios and outcomes. He responds to all inquiries in a timely matter. He is on top of everything before it even happens.   The law offices of Timothy Kennedy was the best move I ever made. When I first called his office I spoke with his paralegal who really took time to talk to me. She had Mr Kennedy call me back immediately and when he spoke with me he showed so much interest in my case. He and his staff worked tirelessly on my case. Mr Kennedy and his paralegal Christine immediately called me with any news. Mr Kennedy and his staff worked very hard on my case and I don't think I could have made a better choice. We won the case.   Tim Kennedy is an excellent lawyer and has extensive knowledge in his field. My case became complicated and he always had confidence. Tim took the time to listen to my questions and explain everything to me. The outcome of my case was successful, and I would trust Mr. Kennedy to represent me again if I should ever feel the need.

  Tim Kennedy and his Paralegal Kristine are AWESOME! Compared to other attorneys I've dealt with-> Tim exceeds them all with keeping constant communication and his TRANSPARENCY! Lawyers tend to get a bad rap...much like car salesman. So it's refreshing to know there's someone trustworthy in the legal field when services are needed.
