As a landlord, I had a tenant that was causing thousands of dollars of property damage who refused to vacate the apartment. I needed to evict this tenant. I hired the firm of Geoffrey T Mott, PC; Chris Ginelli, Esq. handled the eviction proceeding. Geoffrey was able to persuade the tenant and his advisor that the tenant should vacate the apartment on my terms without the necessity or risk of going to trial. This settlement was successfully written into the Court's record.
My son and I needed a lawyer due to an issue we had at a large dealership. Mr. Mott did an exceptional job helping us with our case. He stayed on top of all the details and updated us throughout the two years it took for the case to be resolved.
His staff is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bromina was our main point of contact. She was friendly, easy to talk to, explained what needed to be done, and helped us every step of the way - going above and beyond to make sure we understood. She also was very timely returning calls and emails which made the process smoother.
I'm happy to say The Law Office of Geoffrey T. Mott and his co-workers did a great job in helping my son and I in a difficult situation, and ended up successful in our favor. I will definitely recommend using Mr. Motts firm to family and friends, and if I ever need legal representation in the future I will be sure to give his firm a call.

Hello All,
I wrote a review regarding an previous phone experience I had with a member of this firm. I received a call back after from the firm and I must say I received a sincere apology from a great young lady on behalf of the firm and Geoffrey. I then received a call from Geoffrey and I must say he is a very cool guy, honestly. We had great laughs and convo. That first impression was so misleading because it was a very hectic day and he was a little confused as to what I was trying to explain. Everyone gets overwhelmed sometimes so, I understand! I have since grown quite fond of Geoffrey and the entire firm. I would absolutely and whole heartly say if you need a great team to handle your case this firm is one of the best. My landlord attempted to evict without cause or reasonable notice. I contacted the Mott law firm and Christopher Ginelli immediately took action to block the eviction order.
Afterwards he accompanied me to court and had the eviction order dismissed. It was imperative to act quickly and Christopher didn't hesitate. He was always available, returning my calls promptly when I wanted an update. I couldn't be more satisfied.
