  Excellent real estate law firm. They always respond immediately and are very easy to talk to, never too busy to answer questions. Explains everything clearly and in terms that are easily understandable. Their legal fee is very reasonabIe. Frank, Elise and Nancy are just amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

  We have been using Frank DeEsso's office for over 10 years for all of our Real Estate closings. They are thorough, efficient keep everything on time. Elise, Nancy and Eric are all awesome!
  I have also used them for Will revisions, POE updates, Living Will updates, etc.
