I have always been treated with compassion and respect, and received excellent service from their gender care and mental health units. Every doctor and therapist I've had through them has gone above and beyond for me for years and I'm incredibly grateful.
I'm surprised by all the one star reviews given what a good experience I've had, and really wonder if it might be right wing trolling because the Institute does gender affirming care.
This is definitely a safe place and I highly recommend it.
