In short, Jonathan changed my life for the better after I suffered months of depression. He is professional, absolutely trust worthy and highly experienced. I was sceptical about hypnotherapy but thank God he proved me wrong. If you need any help, you should see Jonathan. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.
I can't thank Jonathan enough for the help his treatments have given me and my family. I fight competitively in Muaythai and used to enter the ring filled with nerves, and that would cloud my better judgement in a match. I went to Jonathan for couple of sessions and it made a world of difference. The very next time I had to step into the ring in Thailand, I was calm! His customised recordings are also something I highly recommend!

I have seen Jon a few times over the years, initially when he helped me from his clinic in London and recently again here in New York. He is kind, helpful and excellent at what he does. Jon provides an atmosphere of trust, empathy and optimism and it's all very pragmatic and structured. The audio recordings which I use on my own for flights and when I get stressed are especially helpful. I thoroughly recommend him.
