(August 18, 2023, 6:08 pm)We had a great stay at the Homestead Madison. The room was large and spacious, very clean and equipped with a vinyl player, which we really appreciated!
What struck me most was the quality of service and availability of our hosts: owner, manager and employees, all of them were so attentive, friendly and smiling. We were able to use beach towels, eat popcorn or other cookies available all day, relax in the common areas or chat with the owner. We have been advised on the different activities around Madison, and each time has been a great discovery. Everything was done to make our stay perfect - thank you very much for that!
One small comment however: as the living room was close to our bedroom, we heard some guests talking quite early in the morning, even before breakfast time. Perhaps could you think of a time when we could access the living room that would be a little later and allow us to sleep a little more. -

(August 2, 2023, 10:00 pm)A lovely evening and morning at The Homestead! Comfortable room with spacious areas for all our Travel items! Bathroom is handicap Accessible therefore large and well appointed with sweet smelling soaps, gels and lotion. The attention given to each guest was apparent as Ellen asked us food/drink preferences, and provided gracious réponses to any request. What lucky guests who enjoy time at The Homestead... It's a jewel on the Shoreline! Thank you!

(July 31, 2023, 12:22 pm)Had an absolute amazing stay here for a girls weekend. The staff was so welcoming and friendly from the moment of check in all the way to check out. This Bed and Breakfast literally thought of everything, from beach chairs to extra beach towels all the way to extra umbrellas incase you got stuck in some unfortunate weather. The rooms, house, and grounds are pristine and so peaceful that you can just sit out and enjoy the sun and fire pits or just relax in the common areas at your convenience. Can’t wait to book my next stay with them!

(July 30, 2023, 7:27 am)This B&B has been absolutely divine! They have literally thought of everything from snacks readily available to beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, rain umbrellas. Just a 10/10 experience and significantly more welcoming than any hotel experience you’ll get. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Susan, Ray, Rick, & Ralph, thank you all so much for the wonderful experience!

(July 16, 2023, 11:25 am)An absolutely incredible place to stay. The decor and accommodations are spectacular. Excellent breakfast and healthy snacks available throughout the day. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when visiting the Madison/Guilford area. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the owner is super nice.
