They are first rate people working there. I have gone to a number of different places over the years, but when I found them 10 years ago, I knew that I found a home. The team makes you feel like you are part of their family. They are sincere and make you feel as if you are their only client. You won’t go wrong!
I’ve had a lot of wigs and hair pieces over the last few years but the service here was above and beyond. Jeff is a doll. I ordered a real hair piece which came in much lighter than anticipated. This is normal! I tried it for a bit but it was too light. I then asked if they could color it for me and showed Michelle the darker strands in the piece I liked. It came out perfect! Jeff and Michelle are the best!
I met with Jeff to discuss my options for a wig. I’m currently undergoing chemo treatments and am anticipating losing my hair. Jeff was so kind when I met with him. I felt comfortable right away. He knew all the questions to ask; he is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me pick the color and the style. When the wig arrived, it was perfect. I’m so glad I chose Jeff for this very difficult time in my life. Jeff’s colleague Michelle helped style my wig and when my husband came in to see me, he said “when is she putting it on you”! It already was on me- that’s how good it looked. Thanks Jeff and Michelle.
Great service and the staff is professional and consistently excellent! They operate by appointment only - they're not a "wig shop". Call first to schedule an appointment. They aim to please!
