(August 15, 2023, 8:46 am)The Gutter Experts only let me know they were coming out the day before they scheduled the time to start. No problems unless you're working overnights! Extra work was needed which was scheduled and approved. After the work was completed a discount was applied for the second job for unused materials but this was applied to the first invoice. If the Gutter Experts were going to apply the discount to the first invoice both invoices should have been combined to avoid confusion on billing, however the crew work fast, well and the gutters and facia were installed quickly and professionally.

They were on time for the initial estimate, they communicated directly with our roofer to coordinate removal of existing gutters, they matched the gutter color to our roof, and their online payment system is incredibly convenient.

The gutter on the front was still in good shape, and while they provided an estimate on both, they did it separately and did not push us to replace the ones that were still working well. Their price was also very affordable and a great value.
Their online down payment and work order process was very easy to use as well. When they arrived to do the work, they completed the job in a timely manner and it looks really great. The quality of the product is very good and it makes the back of our house look new again. Thank you for providing a great product and service. -

Great value for the work performed. I recommend The Gutter Experts and will use them again, if the need arises.
