Can’t say enough good things about the physical and mental strength you gain! It’s also THE BEST kid party we’ve had! 10/10! My kids enjoyed their birthday celebration with some of their favorite coaches and leaders!

When he first started he was very antsy all the time in class but I've seen such improvement over the last year+. It's helped him keep control in school too. Now we're working on home controls. We love all the coaches & I honestly think they all love him too. Coach Mark & Miss Jamie are amazing people

(April 12, 2023, 7:01 pm)Thankful for The Growth Dojo! The coaches & leaders are positive & totally have your back on and off the mat. My daughter's confidence has been built up beyond expectations. Not only is she being taught strength & self defense, but there's a level of respect as well. She's learning respect for others, for herself and training her brain to think positive. They recognize accomplishments off the mat too and are happy to celebrate doing good in school and life. As a parent, it's nice to have the backup support because it really does take a village. The sass is strong with this one!
Per my daughter, I am to add... One of the best things about coming to The Growth Dojo is Coach Mark's awesome dance moves. It's so cool to be taught by 2022 Gloucester County's Dancing with the Stars Winner! 😁 -

(April 10, 2023, 5:05 pm)Absolutely love it here. My son (5yo) has only been in class for a few months and within those few months has gained so much more confidence in himself. Coach Mark is fabulous with the kids. The adult leaders/coaches that help out the with littles are awesome too! Jamie has been great to work with from the start as well. Highly recommend!
