(February 1, 2021, 12:58 pm)I just went through the process of obtaining my medical card and the staff made it such a breeze. I received all my paperwork before I scheduled an appointment, so i knew I could be pre approved. Scheduling my appointment was super easy as well. And when i went in, I was greeted with a happy smile and someone there who had all the information I needed to make the process go as quickly and easily as possible. They were very thorough and polite. Id recommend the green alternative doctor to anyone who is thinking about getting their medical marijuana card or if you just want more information about the mmc program! 10/10 experience!!

(November 10, 2020, 4:26 pm)Excellent staff, they make you feel comfortable and they make you feel like you can ask them anything at all. Everything was done for me by Chante since I had trouble signing forms on my phone. She faxed everything to me to make it easier for me. The doctor phone call was amazing too, no pressure at all and you could ask anything without feeling "weird" about the situation. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!! They never make you feel like uncomfortable at all. Thank you to the whole office for an experience that I never thought I'd have!!!!!

Not only was the staff kind and knowledgeable, but they also really cared about my well being and made me feel like an actual person! This was definitely not the typical doctor patient interaction that is short, rushed, and confusing. The nurse there really took the time to thoroughly talk to me about the different products that adhere to my conditions and answered all of my questions to the point where I felt relaxed and confident with the care I was receiving. I would strongly recommend The Green Alternative Doctor based on how much they helped me and how professional and welcoming of an experience I had.
