Very knowledgeable staff, made the experience as streamlined as possible. -

(November 12, 2022, 1:37 pm)The Grand is truly an amazing place, I highly recommend this place. My mom was there for rehab. The place is very clean, the staff is amazing from administration to nursing, the entire experience was excellent. The staff was very warm, and professional, well trained, extremely polite, they made my mom feel right at home, very comfortable. Unfortunately I can’t name everyone, the ladies at the front desk, Ashely, the social worker Daniella, the dietitian, the nurses, especially nurse Yanick working the 3-11 shift on the first floor, CNA mary Lewis, CNA Jennifer, CNA Alemi ect. all of the nursing staff cared for my mom as if she was their very own. It was truly a pleasant experience. On the other hand, to be truthful, they need help answering the call bell at times, otherwise everything else was excellent, nothing to complain about. If my mom were to ever in need of rehab in the future, I would not hesitate to take her back to the Grand.

(October 29, 2022, 10:57 am)The grand is a good place to be for your parents my mom was taken care of on the second floor the CNA and the nursing staff work extremely hard at the grand. There is great communications with admissions and my moms social worker is outstanding. But I was very disappointed when my mom had to go to the hospital and her bed was immediately taken away. I know they were following the policy. But these are people who have connections and respond well and for her that was the second floor which is the dementia floor The Grand is a great place to be but I am very disappointed hopefully they will review the policy on bed switches when dealing with people who need to have connections and feel comfortable
