(December 14, 2018, 6:21 pm)Oh wow thats so crazy... in reply to Gail! The same EXACT thing happened to me. The manager explained to me that the factory was closed due to a death and the entire factory closed down. The manager was so apologetic and even showed me pictures from the funeral. I was just a bit more understanding i guess. My frames were flawless and ill refer everyone there.... its not a measure of quality when its all going well... show me how they act when they have an issue and FDPF came through for me with flying colors!! 6 stars!

(October 23, 2018, 7:31 pm)I had a very positive experience working with Factory Direct Picture Framing to frame old sports memorabilia that was collecting dust at my parents house a few miles away in Montville. James and his staff were personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. Not only does the picture frame look great it is made out of real wood and looks/feels high quality. To top it off they were able to ship it to my home in Vermont. If you're looking to frame anything I highly recommend you check these guys out first.
